Simran makes 'art' with jewellery.
She takes metal beads, weaves and knots them into leather and cotton thong of
jewel like colour. Then coils, bends and twists copper and silver wire around the
thong....
Each of these pieces is unique. |

Each tells a different story. Some are playful while others are sensuous and still others dramatic. They echo traditional handicraft but are a form of contemporary expression. |

Simran is prolific. The pieces flowing out of her fingers... barely a gap between
the thought and the actual form. She is now a 'master craftsman'. |
