Cherry was just beginning many new
journeys into her creative self. All
the vibrancy in her waiting to
express itself.

The time was ripe.

Cherry created bold, graphic
art works on the computer.
Some of which she was hoping to
print/patch on to t-shirts. These are now
being produced under the brandname she
created, ‘River by River’.

Cherry painted with acrylics and oils.The walls and alcoves
of her home are covered with murals of complex
patterns, painted with a delicate brush, creating
abstract multi- coloured images.

While Cherry worked at People Tree she enrolled
as a volunteer at Sanjivini. Where, not only did she counsel people who needed a friend to talk to, she also wrote regularly
for their newsletter. She had been working there
for five years.
